Sound Healing is a holistic, therapeutic mindfulness practice that uses crystal quartz singing bowls to produce a harmonious blend of tones and vibrational frequencies, that have been scientifically proven to help reduce stress, activate the parasympathetic nervous system and even help strengthen your immune system.
A unique experience will be curated based on your specific needs, theme or intention. Sessions are typically 30 to 60 minutes long. The participants will be guided through breath work and mindfulness exercises that allow them to get into a relaxed state of being while passively and mindfully experiencing the vibrational emission from the sound bowls. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes, bring yoga mats, blankets, pillows, eye pillows, or other props that will help them relax.
A sound bath is deeply relaxing, but its benefits extend beyond relaxation. Through specific tones and frequencies, sound can influence the brain and body in measurable ways:
Brainwave Entrainment: Sound frequencies can guide the brain from active beta states (stress, overthinking) into slower alpha and theta states, which are associated with relaxation, creativity, and restorative processes.
Physiological Regulation: Research suggests sound-based meditation may help lower heart rate, reduce blood pressure, and decrease cortisol levels—supporting the body’s natural stress response and overall well-being.
Emotional Processing: As the body relaxes, the nervous system shifts out of “fight or flight,” creating space for emotional release and improved mood. Many people report feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded after a session.
Cellular Resonance: Sound vibrations interact with the body on a physical level, supporting a return to balance and coherence, helping systems that may be dysregulated move toward a more stable state.
Mental Clarity: By quieting mental activity, sound healing can enhance focus, clarity, and present-moment awareness, often leaving you with a greater sense of calm and perspective.
