What is Sound Healing?
Sound Healing is a holistic, therapeutic mindfulness practice that uses crystal quartz singing bowls to produce a harmonious blend of tones and vibrational frequencies, that have been scientifically proven to help reduce stress, activate the parasympathetic nervous system and even help strengthen your immune system. sound therapy benefits mind sound healing
process
A unique experience will be curated based on your specific needs, theme or intention. Sessions are typically 30 to 60 minutes long. The participants will be guided through breath work and mindfulness exercises that allow them to get into a relaxed state of being while passively and mindfully experiencing the vibrational emission from the sound bowls. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes, bring yoga mats, blankets, pillows, eye pillows, or other props that will help them relax.

Welcome, beautiful soul. I'm Debbie, creator and practitioner of Luna Rosa Sounds. I'm a certified sound therapist and healer, certified personal trainer, nutrition coach and proud mother of two incredible adult children.
Over my lifetime, I've consistently participated in health and wellness, but as a highly emotional individual, I never truly realized the power of my emotions until I was able to reclaim them as my strength. I found that sound healing, combined with mindfulness, wellness and spirituality helped me to navigate through life's challenges with self-awareness, self-acceptance and self-love. Now I'm grateful to share this wisdom with you through the power of sound.
In my practice, I take an empathetic, grounded, intentional approach, using singing bowls that emit gentle, joyful sounds, to create a soothing, relaxing and uplifting experience.
